Booking and payment conditions

25% deposit upon reservation

The balance of the stay is due on the day of arrival.

Supplements will be charged at the end of the stay (bicycle rental, goodies).

Payment of a deposit implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

Cancellations must be requested in writing, by post or email, directly to Jardin 51.

All cancellations related to government measures related to Covid 19 will automatically result in a refund of the deposit.

If the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. After this period, the cancellation request or no-show will no longer allow for a refund of the deposit.

Rooms are available from 4pm until 7pm, in case of late arrival please contact us. Check-out time is no later than 11am.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this clause will result in the customer leaving, refusal to accept customers and their pets cannot be considered a breach of contract, no refund will be made.
